8th Annual Charity Golf Classic
The Board of Directors of Jenkintown Day Nursery invite you to participate in our 8th Annual Charity Golf Classic, a fantastic day of modified scramble format golf to be held Monday, April 27, 2009 at Commonwealth National Golf Club. Our all-day event will begin at 11:00 AM and will include lunch, golf, cocktails, dinner and an awards ceremony.

Includes 18 tee signs, banners displayed at lunch, dinner and on course (provided by sponsor), 1 flag stick (framed and awarded to sponsor at tournament completion), 2 foursomes including dinner for each player, 4 cocktail/dinner only tickets, recognition in all event publicity.
Golf Cart Sponsor - $7,500
Includes sponsors name and logo on every golf cart, 1 flag stick (framed and awarded to sponsor at tournament completion), 2 foursomes including dinner for each player, 2 cocktail/dinner only tickets, recognition in all event publicity.
Dinner Sponsor - $5,000
Includes banner (provided by sponsor) displayed at dinner, 1 flag stick (framed and awarded to sponsor at tournament completion), 1 tee sign, 1 foursome including dinner for each player, 4 cocktail/dinner only tickets, recognition in all event publicity.
Lunch Sponsor - $2,500
Includes banner (provided by sponsor) displayed at lunch, 1 flag stick (framed and awarded to sponsor at tournament completion), 1 tee sign, 1 foursome including dinner for each player, 4 cocktail/dinner only tickets, recognition in all event publicity.
Flagstick Sponsor - $2,000

Single Golfer - $275

Fun in the Sun
Children, parents and staff members had a grand time when they gathered for outdoor games and a good old-fashioned barbecue at Alverthorpe Park on JDN’s annual Fun Day.
Children seemed unfazed by the summer heat as they lined up for a turn on the moon bounce. Plenty of other activities beckoned on Alverthorpe’s broad, grassy field, and the children took full advantage of the opportunities. There were beach balls, a bean-bag toss, wading pools, crawl-through tunnels and more. A magician regaled the children with his tricks, stories and some silly conversations with a puppet that popped up from his hat.
Volunteers from Whole Foods Market, Jenkintown, joined staff members and board members to grill up hot dogs and burgers and serve fresh fruit donated by the store.
